Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy

No Returns

All Mahak products are food items and & cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered.

 

Quality Issues / Damaged Products

We offer replacement only in case of:

  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Expired product (as per packaging)

To raise a request, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of:

  • The product showing the issue
  • Original packaging and label

Our team will review and validate the claim via phone or email. Once approved, a & replacement will be processed.

 

Refunds

Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not possible, at Mahak’s discretion.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 -10 working days.


Order Cancellation by Mahak

Mahak reserves the right to cancel any order in exceptional circumstances. Any payment received will be refunded to the original payment method.


Important Notes

Requests raised after & 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted

No return, refund, or replacement for:

  • Change of mind or taste preference
  • Used, opened, or tampered products
  • Orders placed during sales, discounts, or using coupon codes (unless there is a verified quality issue)
